We founded Prism Diamond Painting with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure you all have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever you come to Prism Diamond Painting. Custom Diamond Painting Kits

You may have some "strange" colours in your custom kits. These are vital for depth and shading to make your image look as good and realistic as possible. Trusting the process can be extremely difficult but a necessary part of diamond painting. Due to this, our satisfaction guarantee can only be applied once a minimum of 80% of the kit is completed and we are satisfied that the diamond painting does not accurately represent the original image provided to us.

If you are unsure about any drill colour please contact us so we are able to check and confirm it is correct.

Prices

Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clearly displayed end date.

Payment

We accept payment by Debit Card and Paypal.  Please ensure the address stated on your account is the address you’d like your order delivered to, if it’s not, we can not be held accountable for shipping to the incorrect address.  All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling.

Shipping

We aim to get all made to order items to you within 3-5 weeks, but sometimes freight delays can happen and are out of our control, in these instances we will always be transparent and let you know if delays are expected.

All in stock orders are usually posted within 24 hours, or as stated above on individual items for pre-order.
Postage for all UK orders is charged at cost, £2.50 for Diamond Paintings & smaller orders,.  All items will be posted via Royal Mail tracked service or courier.  Should your order not arrive, please contact us and we will do our upmost to resolve the issue where possible, Either with a replacement product or full refund after 30 days have lapsed and the parcel is deemed lost.

International orders are shipped via Parcel Force or FedEx depending on location using a fully tracked service. Please note your order may be subject to customs fees when entering your country, these fees are not our responsibility and you should check if this could be a problem before you place your order with us.

Returns & Cancellations

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund on all items except Customised items. Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more. If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing
